SHELL NXPLORERS MALAYSIA 2021
Shell NXplorers Malaysia is a social investment initiative to promote STEM education. It was introduced by Shell Malaysia in 2017 and is delivered to selected secondary schools in Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia, indirectly impacting over 20,000 students across the nation. To date, Shell has launched similar STEM programme in over 20 countries around the world and is delivered in more than ten languages. In Malaysia, the students are trained by our dedicated coaches and supported by Shell employees who played the role as mentors to motivate these students, as well as providing some real-life sharing. By the end of each cohort, the students are given the challenge to produce a project of their choice. . |

Nippon Paint’s annual design competition for architecture and interior design students which is also held in 15 countries worldwide, of which the winners for each category will go on to represent Malaysia for the title of Asia Young Designer of the year. |

SAMSUNG'S SOLVE FOR TOMORROW 2021
Due to the pandemic, the entire competition was carried out virtually. Samsung Solve for Tomorrow is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) based contest created to foster talented youths with soft skills while promoting the positive impact young minds can have on our society. The contest inspires the participants to tackle emerging challenges and produce tangible innovations to help improve our society The year 2021 themes are “Access to Education” and “Environmental Sustainability”, which is definitely relevant to the current issues that is faced not only in our region but also worldwide. |
